the location is very convenient, a short walk to the bts station. the staff (toei, abdullah, proud, pieakpoon) were friendly (i thought this was a nice touch).

fluffy pillows modern equipment early check in
the breakfast offered a great variety. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. my room had fluffy pillows and a queen bed. the helpful staff allowed me to check in early, a great convenience after a long flight.
The room safe was a little inconvenient. It needed to be reset once .

strategic location friendly staff clean room
The hotel's location proved very strategic, close to shopping areas. staff members were friendly. They assisted guests informatively. the atmosphere was good with a nice smell, cleanliness, coziness, and cool temperature, all appreciated, especially given the hot weather outside. i experienced friendly and excellent service at check-in.

the hotel has a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is a pool area that includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. a business center provides computers and printers for guest use.
