separate toilet breakfast buffet helpful staff limited menu heavy smog confusing directions
The room had a separate toilet, which I found convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food choices and changed daily. Staff members Khun New and Khun Amm were particularly helpful in the restaurant (they made sure I had everything I needed).
The menu mostly included basic pizza and burgers. I noticed a heavy smog near the pool due to traffic fumes (it wasn't very pleasant). The road directions in the area changed frequently, so I got confused sometimes.

the location is very convenient, a short walk to the bts station. the staff (toei, abdullah, proud, pieakpoon) were friendly (i thought this was a nice touch).

fluffy pillows modern equipment early check in
the breakfast offered a great variety. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. my room had fluffy pillows and a queen bed. the helpful staff allowed me to check in early, a great convenience after a long flight.
The room safe was a little inconvenient. It needed to be reset once .

the hotel is near public transport. it has close proximity to many coffee shops, shopping areas and thai massage shops. this provides many options for dining and relaxation.

central location with really good service
strategic location friendly staff clean room
The hotel's location proved very strategic, close to shopping areas. staff members were friendly. They assisted guests informatively. the atmosphere was good with a nice smell, cleanliness, coziness, and cool temperature, all appreciated, especially given the hot weather outside. i experienced friendly and excellent service at check-in.

the hotel has a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is a pool area that includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. a business center provides computers and printers for guest use.
